especially in math does student feel difficulty in understanding formulae?

I had this discussion at the beginning of my online class. As an adult learner, it works for me, but for your average child, it would be difficult. I would prefer working with students in the classroom. As you have collegiate experience, online may be fine for you. As an adolescent, I would stick with face to face.

I don't think online education is the way to go with kids. They need one on one attention. If there is a tutor at the other end of the computer giving feedback, that is a little better, but not nearly as helpful as having the teacher working directly with the student.
