This is a tough one. Fist off.........how did sand get in there in the first place. I mean, If there was a hole that let the sand in, then you can use that to get the sand out. If that isn't the case then maybe you could use a vacum and turn it on the opposite way....where it is blowing out and see if it will blow out. Other than that, I would just say hand wash it until it feels cleaner.

It's hard to explain....Hold the part that has the sand and push it up..like if your trying to push your hand through it....Run it under water. The sand should have no other choice but to just come right through the liner.

I don't think it is possible.
I have had grains of sand in my bikini top for over a yr now. I have tried washing it soaking it - nothing works. Finally I just over it and bought the same top again

soak the suit in water and let it sit u can try scrubbing it with soap as well
