Your life is your own because you are the only one who's been through your thoughts and experiences. Not even your family and friends and pets can change such feelings if you have them. The ending is inevitable, but the quality of the road you travel is really up to you.
Not many people are good parents, and in the modern days with so many divorces and/or both parents working, what you're feeling is very prevalent among people who grew up in such family environment. And, it gets worse and worse if you just keep it all inside.
Spend some time on introspection and figure out what would make your life meaningful for you so that when you do reach that end, you can look back and feel that at least you did something before you got there.
I'm with you on that feeling.

i've spent my whole life....well seems like it....since the age of 9yrs old after being raped feeling alone and it never goes away. Loneliness is an awful feeling...i think JK Rowling summed it up perfectly when she invented the dementors in the harry potter novels....they suck out your soul...loneliness feels like that to me...and all the while the world just keeps ticking by....you are a blink in a microseconds eye.

All the time. My whole life seems to be spent alone even tho I have a wife and 4 children who live with me. I always have had this feeling that when life ends, that they wouldn't even miss me.

yes i have. it's awful isn't. just that....numb feeling of knowing no one can help you even if you wanted them to, even they tried. you feel like you're lost in time and space, your brain is suspended in syrup and your body is stuck in a sick state of half sleep half awake grey.
I'm sure everyone's felt that at some point, or if they haven't, they will. But we're here for you, mate. We don't have millions of people around us for nu' in' (i dont' know if i did that right..). There is someone waiting to cheer you up, if you know where to look. ok?

Yes I have. The solution is to get a goal, or vision and work toward it. Hobbies are a nice way to spend time as well. As long as you are doing something you like, and keeping busy at it.

Yes I have felt alone, many times.
Some people live life to its fullest and some people just watch life drift by. If you were to sum it all up at one time, to one moment, you could achieve something glorious.
