We have to wait :( until they create the programming for those of us who have the newer version of IE.

go to yahoo.com and if it's still the old homepage, click the button on the top right that says something along the lines of "try the new Yahoo!".
if you have done that and you receive an error message, Yahoo!'s new homepage isn't designed for IE7 (yet).

IE 7.0 is a beta version. Still under research.
