His version of U2's 'One' is even better than U2's. (Bono said Johnny Cash made him [Bono] 'sound like a limp wristed homosexual' in comparison.)
Also his version of Depeche Mode's 'Personal Jesus' is stunningly powerful.
But, I think I would go with 'The Man Who Couldn't Cry'.
