i have just completed my nvq level 3 in health and social care and would love to eventually go into geriatric nursing...anybody got any ideas on how to start and what sort of job i could start at.

You can get into a diploma in nursing with a NVQ level 3 I think. Look at University Websites. I know the UCE and Birmingham UNI do the diploma, but many others will do too. You can specialise after qualification. It will take 3 years to qualify.

I can't answer your question, but I want to congratulate you on your achievement!! I am a mature student, and have just completed DD100, understanding social change, and I loved it. Not sure what I am going to do next, but I am thinking Human Geography or Social Economics. Well Done!

the majority of university ask for 5 GCSE's at grade c or above and A-levels/NVQ3/level 3... hope that helped.
