Exercise my dear or clean your room or just go to sleep. If not then think on something good or funny that happened in your life. Take out any pictures you might have around and enjoy them. Believe me you will forget about what got you in that shitty mood. Life is short so enjoy every moment that goes by.

LOL @ cheese's answer. Sorry to say I've outgrown those days.

Personally I try really hard to stay away from everyone when I get like that because I can be a total b*itch. It usually only happens to me a couple of days before I start something else, if you get my drift. Thing is I never recognize it for that, and that just makes me twice as miserable. Just try to get away from everyone and do something enjoyable until this mood passes.

When I'm in a crappy mood I try to figure out why and then decide if it's something worth feeling crappy about. If it's just a bad mood in general I try to stay away from others so I don't spread it. I also like to try and remind myself of all the things I have to be thankful for.

Do volunteer work. It gives you a perspective on what you have. For example, volunteer at a homeless shelter, soup kitchen or a children's hospital. You'll start appreciating your life.

singing produces chemical changes in your brain quicker than exercise altho exercise is definitely good. so sing and dance to your favorite songs should be really good. the idea of eating chocolate also produces favorable chemical changes altho you don't have to pig out.
