If they are calling you from the US, I don't think there is any special number or code to dial, just your regular phone # with area code, but the safest thing to do is ask your cell phone provider

You dial 011 and then the country code for example381 for yugoslavia then 11 for belgrade then the number. Keep in mind that overseas phone networks are not as modern as N. America. Happy Yapping!............................Karen

hi, try 00 is from europe to america and from america to europe is 01,,,,, if that does not work,,, lol.....turn the numbers around...
