i am needing some ideas on how i can speed things up how to induce labor i am so miserable right know it aint even funnypleas help?

Go for a long walk, have sex, castor oil ...put it in your drink...or a shake... but it is in the aisle with all the stomach pills...its a laxative....that really works....and it doesn't hurt your baby. or maybe try any kind of laxative that a preg. woman can have...and depending on how over due you are go to your dr. They can induce labor for you....obviously.

We just had a baby last week. The ob/gyn said that sperm has a chemical in it that induces labor. We were told to lay off sex a month ago because we have a history of early babies. After 37 weeks, we were given the all-clear. Within 48 hours, we had our daughter! Good luck!

Walking is great just make sure you have somebody with you.My mother always said a sure way to induce labor is to get on your hands and knees and wash the floor.If the doctor hasn't told you not to have sex,That's also a good idea if your comfortable with it.Good Luck!

hello as long as you are over 37 weeks you can try blue cohash, not black. it is a herbal tea or there are pills of it that can be found at herbal shops. my friend was miserable and wanted it out, she called her doctor and doctor said okay.. and within 20 mins of drinking the tea she started labor. 1 1/2 hours later my friend had a healthy baby girl. good luck
other thing to do is go to doctor and tell them to break your water.. that is what mine did and labor started soon after.

If u r trying to induce labor ask for a drug(i can't remeber what's the name) to speed it up

I was 2 weeks past the due date with my first child, and miserably huge. I finally decided that he wasn't EVER going to be born...So, my husband & I went out with friends and I drank a vodka collins. Viola! Within 30 minutes I was in labor.

have sex it might work might not if u are only 8 months good luck just let the baby come when he or she is ready if u need any other help i ma here i got a son i was induced to

sex, walking, there's specific herbs and stuff you can take, although usually the baby will just come when it's ready to.
