Some commercials are so dumb, it makes me wanna throw my TV out the window GOSH!

it's a memory trick. If the song is simple and has funny or stupid lyrics, it will get stuck in your head. Whether or not you like the song doesn't matter, really. And if it is a very dumb commercial, you will bring it up with your friends and family, about how dumb the ad was, and that's free marketing right there.

They are designed to cause a strong reaction in the viewer so that their subconscious will lead them to buy the product. Negative or positive reactions, it doesn't matter. The fact that you have such thoughts as destroying your TV says that the commercial did it's intended job. You will remember their product better than any of their competitors.

Just a way to try to make business and people remember the dumb ones more,so they will remember the product too.
