He was throwing tantrum from the court all the way to the locker room in a terrible night. Will he also get fines?

He was fined the usual $5000 for kicking the ball into the stands. He wasn't fined for kicking the stationary bike, though. I understand his anger...I'd probably do the same thing.

There is no way that Stearn has the balls to suspend Dirk just for having a tantrum after a game, especially heading into a clutch game 6. That would be "the worst" move in NBA history for a commissioner. He is the best player on the Mavericks, and that would virtually take them out of Championship contention. Therefore, he may be fined, but certainly not suspended.

No! There has been a precedent set. Reggie Miller threw a ball in the stands after an NBA playoff game and only received a fine. If the NBA suspends Nowitzki for the same offense, then I have all the proof in the world that the NBA is fixed!

No, he will not be suspended for Game 6. His actions does not warrant a suspension. However, he will be fined for kicking the ball into the stands. Game 6 should be a heated matchup between these 2 teams as the Mavs will be fired up and ready to do battle.

Just like someone else said if it was a person that he hit then he would be suspended but since it was just material things he was fined 5,000 dollars for his tantrum from Game 6.

That kind of unsportsmanlike behavior warrants fines, but it takes intent to harm (or something just as bad) to draw a suspension.

Also, go Mavs. hehe

if it was a cameraman/reporter/person, yes, he'd be suspended. but they won't suspend him for knocking over an exercise bike, probably just fine him.

I hope so, because I want the Heat to win. He has to control his anger in front of any camera.
