it depends on the price you are willing to pay for fashion. Over time, wearing consistently high heels will allow the tendons in the backs of your legs to shorten. This will make you virtually unable to wear flat shoes. imagine how a Barbie Doll looks in sneakers. That will be you. So the bottom line is: if you want to wear 5-inch heels every day, just be prepared to do it every day forever.

I doubt you could wear them all day. You should not wear high heels for more than three-four hours a day, anyway. It is not good for you, but it is a fashionable and elegant look. I have been wearing heels for years; but not five inch ones.

I'm sure it's possible, but I wouldn't recommend it. The dress code in most professional business offices would discourage heels like that. Not to mention you'll probably want to rip your feet off by the end of the day.

It's possible to do this but it could be a real strain on your feet, legs and back. If you enjoy them, can you wear them to and from work then take them off during the day if your behind a desk?
This may allow you to do this.

I'd say it's possible, but certainly not comfortable. I hate big heels!

i wouldn't recommend it.
the only person i ever saw who did this looked, well, cheap.
Not fashionable.
