That would be "Joy to the World" By Three dog Night

The song is entitled "Joy the the World." While this is well-known in its hit rendition by Three Dog Night, this is originally a Hoyt Axton song. He wrote it and recorded it in 1971 for his album of the same title. Three Dog Night recorded it and took it to #1 on the singles chart the same year.
