I like that I can sample basically everything in the store before purchase--it's a great way to determine whether or not an item is worth my time and money. I also like that the salepeople are helpful, without being overly-assistive, as I like to just wander in the store and not have to worry about people breathing down my neck.

I love that I am like a kid in a candy store...I can roam around for an hour or more just trying stuff out. I think the best thing is that it is encouraged, and while a lot of the upscale, pricey lines are there, the house line is also very good and not as expensive. It's heaven for me :)

i love that they carry paula dorf's line. that make up is incredible! also, sephora's eyeliner is great (and only 4 bucks, i believe).
