None, Kos is in the EU so you don't get duty free cigarettes I'm afraid - the good news is cigarettes are much cheaper in Greece than the UK and you can bring as many back as you like because they're in the EU!

As you are travelling to an E.U. country, you can bring back 3200 cigarettes with you (16 cartons).
You are always best buying your cigarettes abroad and bringing them back into the country with you, rather than buying them on your way out, plus it's cheaper when you buy them abroad.
If you travell to a NON E.U. Country, your limit is 400 (2 cartons).
** Don't bring back too many different brands with you though **

the answer to your question is actually 'no limit' from any E.U country but 3200 per person is recommended. All the same brand. over this amount customs may ask questions and have the option of stamping your passport with ' suspected smuggler' which could cause problems in the future.

Buy them in Greece. You can bring back as many as you can carry. Keep the receipts as proof you bought them abroad.
As all ready stated, it's in the EU.
