Lack of sensitivity and / or and inability to perform with a real partner because you become accustomed to your particular method.
This can be particularly problematic if you have a favorite fetish or fantasy that you think of while masturbating. If that idea transcends being just a fetish and becomes an obsession that you can't act out with your partner you might not be able to perform satisfactorily.
Plus my mother said it'll make you go blind!!!

No problems, Masturbation is healthy for your reproductive system, it relaxes you, it helps you control those random erections, but most importantly it just feels good. Practice moderation, not more than 2 to 3 times a day. When you get older you will do it less. use a lubricant if needed but avoid soap because that drys the skin. Hand lotions are good, don't put your penis into anything but your hand, a partners hand, or a partners vagina. Practice safe sex, and keep it personal and private.

I asked our friend Rosie about your problem. She was allways to busy or wore out to answere. Maybe she just feels used. Her mouth could be stuffed full. Or glued shut w/ some kind of sticky white paste.

Well, it could lower your sperm count which wouldn't be good if you and your lady are trying to have a baby but it is generally not harmful.
