One person can produce a LOT of gall stones (not "gull" stones - that would involve birds)
Sometimes the stones are large, like a marble, but usually they are like very small pebbles or sand.
You gall bladder is about 3 inches long, so it can accomodate a small handful of stones.

If it is enough to be bothersome look for a doctor who will remove the gull bladder. But this may limit your ability to eat greasy food.

I'm assuming many since they form in the gallbladder or a bile duct. Thought to be due to a defect in composition of the bile.
