I hate them. They are too large- they make my back hurt and they make me slouch. What kind of bra would help this? I can't afford a reduction even with insurance.

They have these special back support bras that look like sports bras & actually help correct slouching. I'm sorry for not knowing the exact name, but I'm sure you can Google all the keywords & you'll find something.

My former breast size was a DDD. Before I had my breast reduction (which I am so thankful for) I used to buy my bras from Vanity Fair. They have a great selection of supportive bras for larger sizes.

Find a store, more than likely a plus sized woman's store like Cathrine's, where they will measure you for a bra that fits properly with correct support. It will cost about 50 bucks for a bra but it will be worth it.

Well, reduction surgery should be covered. It is considered a health improvement, you should investigate further.

Second, if they are too large maybe a better supporting bra can aid you.

Well good luck!!!

Go to a maternity store. They sell big bras with awesome support. But be aware, the most supportive bras hold you up high and you will look bigger...

Consider strengthening your low back and shoulders through free weight resistance training, Yoga or Pilate's. Just practicing good posture will take tension out of your back and minimize the forward pull of your mammary glands.
