It seems you are on the right track, but you have left one method out. The third possibility for arousal comes from physical manipulation, ( hands, fingers, toys, ect.).
And all are capable of bringing on sexual arousal and orgasm. Usually two of these methods work better and in varying combinations, I might add, stimulation can come about quicker.

both. It is all about angle, pressure, position, and friction. Those are the keys to achieving orgasm in both sexes.

Mostly oral but sometime intercourse also i guess for me it just depends on my "mood"
