Little friendless boy
Sitting all alone
No one knows who he is
He is left unknown
And he can’t take it anymore
He’s always left in tears
So he cuts himself
To make the world disappear.
Starry- eyed child
Get out of bed
It’s Thursday afternoon
You missed the bus again
Mommy doesn’t care
Daddy’s not there
You’re looking for a way
To become the person in your dreams
The popular rock n’ roll star
Singing and jamming on your guitar.
Open your eyes
Let the light in slowly
Do you hear the cries
Of the demon’s unholy?
They’ll turn to dust and evaporate
But you’ll still be here
You have a purpose in this life
Even though it’s not clear.
Back in school
Lost in the crowds
Invisible to everyone
Submerged in the clouds.
You reach for the gun
That you hope will end it all
You give it a pull
And down, down you fall.
Open your eyes

just because i wrote a depressing song doesn't mean i'm goth.

I love it. You are very talented. Yes, it's depressing. It's meant to be. It tells a story. Art isn't always all peaches n cream!

That was deep, kinda dark, but definetly a great poem in my opinion, and I'm a writer also.

It's very good, and I love it that you said that they will be missed and there is other ways. It's so true, there are so many other things other than killing themselves.

its kinda makes me sad, but it is good with lots of graphic images. try to write happy ones too. you could be a great writer. keep on thinking and writing.
