Only if you're doing it the right way. And if you expect "getting laid" and not "getting a boy/girlfriend" when you go out.

IE: If that's what you want out of it. See also: Freak dancing en masse. It's really easy, just go out of the floor and dry hump. Be selfish. Touch, but not under clothes. And WHATEVER YOU DO, don't kiss. ;)
