I have a website. How do I submit this monthly to keep it at the top search field?

Many search engines will pull your site up accoording to relevance. You might want to alter the tags to include every possible search category or keyword that you would like to show up under.

Just alter your HEAD tags, like so:

- Contains information about the page such as the TITLE, META tags for proper Search Engine indexing, STYLE tags, which determine the page layout, and JavaScript coding for special effects.

the only way to get a high ranking in google is to have lots of others linking to you. money and page reviews won't help you here
