Penis size has no more of a genetic basis than the size of the tongue. Plus, unless ludicrously small or grotesquely big, we are talking a range of about an inch and a half, from 51/2" to 7"; now, does that matter so much?

it depends on your chromosomes and the structure of chromatic abburation occuring in the penis head if your penis happens to be small that could mean that it is still developing and if it is big it could mean that your chromosomes are dun maturing your penis and you can allways look for pills that can enhance you length and wideth of your penis and its true that if you jack off and feel it and pull on it also blow jobs help it develope more and could help lengthen it also your race and background have a lot to do with it HOPE I ANSWERED YOUR QUESTION

It's genetic but could be from your Mom's side of the family just as easy as it is from your Dad's side of the family.
