Wrestlers Bleeding

2017-01-16 13:47:09 · answer #2 · answered by zuk 4 · 0 0

The blood is real. Twenty or 30 years ago, they did use blood packets, but now they do what are called "blade jobs" where a wrestler will either self inflict or with the others assistance, what amounts to a paper cut. This is usually done on the hairline or forehead, because the skin is thinner and when you combine 1 oz of blood with the perspiration coming from the head and hair, it has more of an effect. Take a look closely at guys that have bled alot, like Ric Flair or Carlos Colon (Carlitos father btw), and you will see scares on their forehead from the numerous blade jobs that they have done. And it is always in the same spot because scar tissue cuts easier. Take a look for taped fingers, or guys getting hit and then holding their heads feigning injury for a few minutes. That is usually blade time.

Both. Yes they really bleed, but the severity is usually fake. The matches are choreographed. There are shock absorbers uner the canvas floor. The wrestlers have special techniques to take blows and falls. But also, sometimes the blood is real, but that's part of the job.

Wrestlers really bleed. Its called blade jobs when they bleed from their forehead usually... sometimes they precut themselves and superglue it back together where it will tear apart during the match.

You can tell when a wrestler performs a blade job, if they get hit, they land face first and rub their forehead across their wrist a few times acting hurt.

Sometimes blood capsules are used... when someone bleeds from the mouth it is typically a blood capsule, unless your mick foley, all his blood was really his blood.

This is fake. Before the show come on. They used little knife to make a mark. So this could look like they are bleeding.

The best answer to the question would be, take a look at Dusty rhodes and terry funk, those two are well known for using fragments of razor blades to make tiny lil cuts ont hier foreheads and body parts. exception is terry funk and Mick foley they are both really great stuntmen no one can bleed better.
