None of them. They all suck. You should check out FUSE, it has a great mix of music. They don't just focus on one genre like MTV (pop hits), VH1 (adult contemporary) or BET (rap and r&b) do.
But if I had to choose... VH1. They have some decent celeb-reality shows.

vh1 is the best because they still pay music and they are always trying to show new bands. And they have The Best Week Ever, I love the 80s and the best of worst tv shows "supergroup"

I'd say none at this point because they don't focus anymore on what they build their channel on. Everything is reality shows, and a lot of them suck. But it doesn't matter anyway because they are all owned by Viacom.
