i am 30 stone age 27 hight 6'2.... exactly a year ago i was the same weight, went on holiday for a month and came back two stone heavier.... so in the last year i have only lost 2 stone..... realy need a quick boost to get me going on the road to wieght losss.... thanx for your help. by the way i have great trouble with exersise, im quite imobile.. if i can lose some weight i will be able to become more mobile and then lose more easy then.... just need a quick loss to start me offf.!!!! thanx for your help.

If your wanting to loose weight quickly, then i read in a book that by starvgin your self solid for two days knocks plenty of pounds off. Its obviously not the healthiest way of loosing wieght, but it works! If you didnt want to do that then i suggest just cut out the crap and eat healthy. But gentle exercise such as brisk walking is the best way :)

starve yourself for a wk. eat like just carrot sticks for a day or crackers and water. ive done it to go out and ate almost nothing for a wk and surprise surprise my outfits fit better. and mind u im only 110 but it still works.

see a doctor. If you honestly can't move... jeez I don't know you really gotta do some exercise.

Or take up smoking crack or meth. That makes you lose weight.
