"I noticed the road had no street lights, all I could see was the black silhouette of the trees against the dark night sky. It was deadly silent except for the occasional rush of wind whistling through the trees. I strained my eyes to see more clearly but it was no use, all I could see was darkness. As I walked on I noticed the night sky getting smaller as the silhouette of the trees got closer and closer, Like giant claws reaching high above my head until they almost engulfed me in total darkness.
Then I heard a sound. It was coming from my right. A faint rustling at first but then it started getting louder. Whatever it was it was getting closer. I froze, too frightened to even to breath.
But still the noise got closer and closer. I could hear the sound of breathing. All the time getting closer and closer. My heart was almost beating out of my chest. But still it came closer and closer. It was heading straight towards me as if it knew I was there. It got louder and louder, closer and closer, till I could almost feel it's breathe on the side of my face. I stumbled in terror, I tread on a nearby twig that made a loud SNAP!
Then suddenly it stopped. Again I froze. I knew there was something there, something next to me but what could I do. Should I speak? Should I run? I turned my head, I took a deep breathe. And with trepidation I said...

That dark foggy night there was a knock at the door.

It was a cold night and an eerie mist hung low on the ground. a chilling wind howled through the dark wood. the moon was full, and you could hear the echo of howling in the distance....

it was dark, the wind howling through the trees, the light of the moon captures the forest and little bits of light shine through the trees on to the floor suddenly i hear movement through the distance it comes closer and closer untill i can see its breath i can hear my own heart beat i start to sweat

it was very dark, i could feel my hairs stand on end, a warm tickle above my face. it was very eerie. i couldn't move the burger no longer tasted nice it was like i was eating sawdust. i had never been so scared in my life. i saw it eyes glow in the dark. i was gonna get killed. my life had come to an end
