The only answer that looks anywhere near being correct would be C. You've got a few hundred, and it's a little more than 4 bucks for each hundred. So it'll be around $10-$20. The only choice that fits is $14.32. Although, it should be noted that the question doesn't give you the option of buying individual fasteners. So I would think that you could only buy them in sets of 100. In which case, the answer would be $16.60. But that's not a choice.

345 x $1.00 = 345.00
345 x $1.00 = 345.00
345 x $1.00 = 345.00
345 x $1.00 = 345.00
345 x $0.10 = 34.50
345 x $0.05 = 17.25
-------------
TOTAL $ 1431.75
1431.75
----------- = $ 14.3175
