USA - faster service, u go in get out rite away. But u gotta pay with ur own money. U need surgery and ur at the hospital and doctors will ask for money first. Ur employer in the States may pay for ur health care but that means there is less money for the employees
Canada - No money required. Go in show ur card thats it. U may have to wait upto 3 hours usually more to see a doctor but if its an emergency i think u can go in. Disadvantages are long wait times and the government pays a WHOLe lot leavin less money for other area...

In Canada if you want to see a Physical therapist for lets say an ankle sprain you can just go. Now in the US you must see a Dr and get a prescription. In Canada everyone has basic health insurance no one is without. In Canada you must pay your bill before leaving but there a procedure for A removal of a Gull bladder is 600 bucks and here it is 3000.00 Dollars Plus.

The main difference is the healthy system in Canada is basically taxpayer funded. In short, I don't pay to see my doctor, for xrays, bloodwork done at a hospital, etc. We do have some things that have user fees and there are medical clinics that you pay for the services. In the U.S., everything is paid by the patient. Here in Canada, if we end up in the hospital, we aren't stuck with a bill for thousands of dollars. We do have longer wait times, though. In my area if you need to see a physiotherapist, you may have to wait up to a year to see a publicly funded one. If you have a good drug plan, you can visit a therapist of your choice.

In Canada its all the same, everyones healthcare is free at the cost of a little more tax. So instead of paying every month for insurance the government just gives it to you. Over here its the oppisitie, and in Canada everyone has to charge the same amount. If your the best doctor in the country you still get paid the same as someone who just started. in US you can charge whatever you want.

Basically Canada is a government run program that is available to everyone for free .I can go into a doctors office show my card and I do not pay. Same with surgeries etc. Though some provinces we pay a premium like Alberta, if you are poor you can get subsidy.
The US well you pay for it or insurance and you have to find a doctor that will take your insurance program if you have on .
