Chis has skills but Usher has been at it longer. To compare him to Usher speaks for itself. Usher is the standard that Chris Brown has to follow. Both have crazy dance skills but when Chris Brown gets some time under his belt other than a few cuts and a video here & there, then we can say who's best. Maybe your question should be who's hotter right now. That would be Chris Brown. He's the flavor of the month. Talented but still has dues to pay I think.

USHER IS AN ENTERTAINER . HE HAS GREAT DANCE MOVES, GREAT BACKGROUND DANCERS, HE CAN ACT. CHRIS BROWN IS TOO BUBBLE GUM. HIS MOVES ARE WEAK, THE SONGS HE SINGS ARE WEAK. HE NEEDS TO POLISH UP HIS ACT, BEFORE HE THINK HE CAN EVER OUT DO USHER OR ANYONE ELSE.

Chris Brown's performance is BETTER no doubt about that!!!! he's sooo LIVE and has more enthusiam and interacts with the crowd! ya know? and he gets krunk with the crowd too by performing for them with different songs to pump them more even more by krump dancing and doing flips and all that good stuff!!!! and his smile just makes everyone smile too...cuz it's just the CUTEST smile and then he's sooo FINE too!!!! SO, i am gonna say Chris Brown has a better performace once again....lol! :-)
