I'm not sure as to "phrase," but the most annoying and repeated crutch-word is "like" - as in "Like I was going to, like, go to the store and, like, then I, like, changed my mind and, like, I didn't have any idea of, like, what I'd like to, like, do."
Could we have a 3 year moratorium on the use of that awful word? Our only other hope is that the new crop of teenagers will invent something less irksome.

"Shut Up"
Think about how people say shut up, and how many times you hear it on a daily basis. Pretty sad. All those people should just shut up. lol
