Lets take a survey. Any Filipinos in Canada call all your Friends and relatives and ask them then list everyone that does and everyone that doesn't.
Then we'll hire a mathematician to figure out the percentage.
This is a very important survey because Trevor needs to know.

Interesting question but I don't think anyone would have bothered to measure that. However, according to the CIA there are 20,900,000 internet users in Canada using data collected from 2005.
