There is software, yes! And many - here are some.

One I know of is a 'key logger' which does exactly as it says - records every keystroke and puts it into a text file. Trouble is, you'd need to hide the folder where the log file is kept as if he finds it he knows what you're up to!
Depending on which of you is the better IT expert - there are ways of looking at sites he has visited, and also files he has recently looked at (ie: photos of girls/ women etc).
There is a folder in Windows called RECENT and it stores shortcuts to all files he has used. Just search windows for the file and click the links.
He may have a windows utility turned on which will hide a file or folder he does not want you to see. To check is this utility is active, open Windows explorer - if you don't know how to do this, click START - RUN and type EXPLORER (lower case will do) and the Explorer window will open.
Next click Tools at the top and select Folder Options and click on the View tab (top of new dialog box) Scroll down to 'Hidden files and folders'...tick the 'show hidden files and folders' and hit OK.
Job done! Now search using the Windows search tool for RECENT.
To read email is an offence so be wary if you manage to get his password! (you will need his password to access it anyway, but the keylogger should do that for you).

Anymore help - find me on Yahoo Messenger (ID = Ganda G)

There is, and I found out the hard way because my husband put it on our computer to spy on me when he thought my actions might be questionable -- he could have just asked me and I would've told him whatever he wanted to know!! Unfortunately for him, he was dumb enough to use one of two passwords I did know and the spyware popped up. Although impressive, it has left me a lot more disillusioned about our marriage than he has ever been, I gather ... it's not worth it, and I believe the evidence you may find is inadmissable in court. I also strongly recommend counseling, or just asking him. Good luck.

There is many types of software that will allow you to spy...but is it really worth it? Consider the damage that will be caused if your husband discovers your treachery. If you suspect he is doing something that is damaging to your marriage then I guess you can confirm, but be prepared for what you may find, and what will happen if you find nothing and he discovers you have been spying on him...if you betray his trust it may end your marriage.

There are keyloggers, but anti-spyware tends to keep up with the times pretty well. You would probably want to find one that actually functions independent of windows itself if he has halfway decent protection on his pc. Something like this: http://amecisco.com/whyus.htm perhaps (though I make no direct personal recommendation having not used it myself, but the theory it functions on is the right one)

be careful with keyloggers, and be informed. There are very few free safe keyloggers (ie they arent truly invisible or undetectable) the wrong keylogger can be a bigger problem than solution. This i one area where it is generally safer to invest a few dollars with a proven company.

Hahahahahaha

Try this (its a pay software. It's GOOD!!).
Remember to run these for a while with just YOU around so you understand what they are about. You don't want the other person knowing more than you do & ending up disclosing your own secrets to the system you are trying to implement. I mean try to eat the crap you are trying to implement so you can make other eat it later & for a longer time :)

The link below provides information on some spy software that would be appropriate for what you want to do.

I personally reccomend counseling, however.

Yes. However, most of it you can download is packed with things so that the maker can spy on everything just as easily. My reccomendation is to try something else, as the program you'd use would set off most antiviral programs, and in the end he would likely remove it, seeing it as a virus, which, in fact, it would be.

There must be some type of software, but I don't know about it yet. If he is a good computer user, he would notice the software and remove it promptly.
