you have to have your bachelors, masters and phD in order to get a nose job. I think that holds true for every state. Either that or have lots of money. Try and phrase your question correctly so you don't get dumb answers like this.

If you want a nose job, I would recommend seeing a plastic surgeon who is board certified.

It's an easy job to get. I don't think you even need a GED (good enough diploma).
