how can i download music from a cd so i can make another copy of it?

i jus want to take a friends cd and make a copy for myself, but i hve no clue

put the cd in the drive and rip the music from the cd with windows media player and then burn the ripped mp3s onto another blank cd with the same program. if you have the latest version of media player the options to rip and burn are found as tabs on the top of the visualization

if you hav cd burning soft ware then copy it to your pc and then burn it to disc. right click and select all and click burn to disc.
