I know you mentioned Nair gives you irritation. But within the last year, Nair came out with a new product, just for the face. It has aloe so it wont leave any irritation or any red marks. It works quite well.
P.S. It may be possible that you might have skin-exczema.

Call salons in your area and look for one that uses Nufree Nudesse Wax...This wax comes with an after application that will control and eventually stop the little pimples that form after waxing (it's normal and many people have this problem--oils are released after the wax is removed causing the bumps) the lotion they'll apply will alleviate the problem--if they don't give you some to go home with you MUST purchase it and use as directed--it works!

Talk to a Dr. or a Dermatologist There is a cream you use that stops hair from growin on your face. I have hair that grows on my face and I shave it off after a while i started getting razor bumps so I need to stop shaving and find another way to remove the hair because i get a rash too. I saw a product call Hair Defense and it is $19.99 it's safe and natural but i haven't tried it because i want to talk to a dermatologist first.

Ever tried threading? It's not as painfull as waxing. It's an ancient Indian form of hair removal. It doesn't promote wrinkles as waxing does either.
