i would buy taylor hicks over katherine mcphee. for one simple reason. taylor hicks has a lot of soul. and i think that is one of the best things u have to have in this world, no matter what u do, is soul.

I agree with the general public for choosing Hicks. McPhee seemed so fake to me. She tried too hard or something. Hicks looked more and acted more natural. Plus, I do prefer his singing voice to hers...

i'm not buying either of their albums; but i like both. there are two many Katherines out there but Taylor is very original.
