I only know this version.

Miss Polly had a dolly who was sick, sick sick,
So she sent for the doctor to be quick, quick, quick,
The doctor came with his bag and his hat,
And he knocked on the door with a rat a tat tat.

He looked at the dolly and he shook his head,
He said Miss Polly put her straight to bed,
He wrote out a paper for some pill, pill, pills,
I'll be back in the morning with my bill, bill, bill.

I thought that miss Polly and a dolly that was sick, sick sick. Never knew about her popping heads off, I thought she just called for the doctor to come quick, quick, quick.

It was about daisies, it was not the original version, someone else has given you that. Children prefer their own versions of nursery rhymes.
