if you don't know html language try a program like macromedia dreamweaver , office publisher or office front page

What host are you using?
Id recomend saving your .html files and resources to your
hard drive and play around with the tags and stuff and learn what they do.
There are plenty of full guides on this subject, (Just goto yahoo and search: Html Tutorial . )
Also, a good (FREE!) program that I´d reccomend for developing personal wep pages on your own comuter is EditPlus ( http://www.editplus.com/ ).
The best way I find to learn HTML is to play around with your coding and see how it affects your page in the end!

There are lots of pages online to learn html. Once you learn the basics, then you can work your way up to the more complicated things.
Just type learning html in google.
I taught my kids html when they were 7 and 9, and they did ok. :)

Unless you know html or know how to use a wysiwyg html editor you can't do that.
You should talk to the webmaster and he/she/it will show you what you need to know.

Grab a how-to book from your local bookstore for 25 bucks; that will get you started.
