Many of these people are right. The 7th child, not necessary a boy, will have spiritual gifts. They will have more of a spiritual connection than others. Healing, precognitive, postcognitive, mediumistic. Usually develops early in life.

one is that if a seventh son of a seventh son breaths in a baby's mouth who has thrush, the thrush will leave the baby.
i have relatives who believe this.
