the liner insibe the bathing suit causes such irratation down there that we are better of wearing underwear too. This way no friction form the linner to harm the boys

my son is 14 and he has a complex about not having on underwear in public , that's what he told me when i asked him why does he have underwear on under his swim shorts i told him the liner was to take the place of the underwear and he said it was too thin and he wanted his under wear so maybe other men think the way he does maybe they don't know that the liner should take the place of the underwear maybe they have a long penis that needs extra underwear to keep it in the shorts.

Really most men don't because yes swiming trunks are designed not to use underwear. Maybe some guys really never use bathing suits... just shorts and underwear. When I was little, I didn't a own a pair of swiming trunks at first.

some men do it because of 2 reasons I can think of First because the liner is attached to the suit so if something happens and it gets pulled of or torn off thier equipment is still covered. Second it can be considered a thing of homophobia because with more layers less people can see anything Also it clings less to the skin so you don't see outlines of things.

Are you referring to a jock strap? No matter, I suppose it keeps their package wrapped up and contained a little better than the mere thin liner would.

I don't know ANYBODY that does that. But maybe some do because they don't feel that the liner is adequate to keep them "held' in. Some men are well endowed......

they definetly wear them if their trunks are white....because when the trunks get wet they get kind of tight if u kno what i mean they might think the liner isn't good enough
