The Federal Min wage is 5.15..But from state to state these laws are different....So check your state goverment office on that states Min wage

The federal minimum wage is $5.15. However, several states and some cities have minimums that are higher or lower than the federal wage, and some don't have any at all. For example, California's min. wage is $6.75, but San Francisco is $8.50.
