Plug the player unto a usb cable which has the other end connecting to your computer. In windows XP, the mp3 player's hardware profile will install by itself. If not use the CD coupled with your MP3 player to install the drivers.

Open 'My Computer'. Wait a few seconds for the "E:/" to appear.

Double click E:/

Copy all the music files (mp3) you want from the "My Music" (or other folders that have your music files).

Paste inside the E:/ window (empty space).

Wait for copying to complete. Right click on green arrow button of bottom right of the monitor screen. And choose "SafelyRemoveHardware". Unplug your MP3 player.

On said MP3 player. Voila! enjoy.

You can open your music folder from your desktop and right click on a song and hit copy then go to your removable disk (E:) and hit paste and do that to each song until all of them are on there or you could use windows media player to sync several songs at a time its very simple that way.
