See a doctor to find out if you actually torn it or what the problem is exactly. They would help you more.

try putting an ice pack on it, and then putting heat on it after that. the best option is to see an orthopedist, because there are so many types of injuries, its hard to say if it is major or minor. i just had shoulder surgery a few days ago after a labrum tear.

one of my history teachers tore his rotator cuff...it required surgery and physical therapy. we, at yahoo answers, didnt take 24365897 years of college to get our MD....so, i think you should go find a person who has.
