Face it, you don't want to exercise and eat right. You're using your illness to justify what it is you really want; junk food and a lazy day. Light exercise, such as yoga, stretching, and deep breathing, will help your body to recover more quickly. Also, eat healthy foods and get some good rest (no watching TV), read a book, have some tea, and if you do all that, then you can have a piece of fine chocolate without guilt.

Continue following your diet if it is a healthy and not too much of a low-calorie diet.
Skip the exercise. It will only make you feel worse so wait until you feel better!

Take a break from exercise if you feel tired and weak. It may only make you feel worse.
Definitely stay on your diet, drink lots of water and be sure you get lots of Vitamin C.

I would have some chicken noodle soup, which shouldn't effect your diet too much. Don't excerize because sweating isn't any good for your body right now. Take vitamins. Drink A LOT of water.

If you are serious about your diet and exercise program then stick with it even when you are sick, if it is just to stay healthy and you are not trying to lose weight then eat some soup adn get some rest.

I would say no exercise until you are feeling better. Just maintain your diet and you should be ok. As long as you are cutting calories you will still lose weight. REST REST REST!

Yes, I would follow the diet. But for the excercise, if you are tired and weak you increase your chance for injury, so save it for when you are feeling better.

Follow your diet, but exercising is not good in your weakened condition.
