I am looking for information on the peak or peaks that will show up on an FT-IR spectrometer. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Palladium (Pd) should not show up on an IR trace of any sort.

IR spectroscopy is looking at the interatomic bonds of mostly organic compounds. Palladium metal would not have any bonds of the appropriate energy (quantum) levels to absorb in the IR region.

Is there a specific Pd-containing compound you are looking at? Perhaps I could help with some further details.
