Yes there will be some odor. Even from the products that claim there will be no odor. Just open some windows and air it out. It doesn't stay on clothes though.

The term "FOGGER" is misleading. The product is heavier then air so it doesn't go around corners and creep upward into cracks and spaces like they would have you believe.

If I were you i'd do the following. Use the "FOGGER" late at night when the bugs are most active. The bugs are hidden away during the day and you won't get most of them.
Open all drawers, closets, cabinets, etc. Use at least 1 can of "FOGGER" in each room.

And you should use these types of chemicals in a 2 or 3 implement schedule. When I "FOG" one of my places I "FOG" 3 times. Every 3 days for 9 days.

Bug Foggers

The Raid foggers are absolutely the best. They use a chemical reaction to produce a smoke. One in the attic, one or two in the main living area, and one in the crawl space works well for me. They are non-aerosol and leave no residue or nasty smell. Just follow all of the directions.

Keep your closet doors closed. The foggers pesticide will still creep under and around the doors but you will protect your clothing from being totally fogged. Another tip, remove anything that will be used in your mouth or to prepare food from countertops. For example, toothbrushes, pots, pans hanging in the kitchen, coffee pot/decanter, under cupboard wine glasses, etc. I also take down my towels hanging in the bathroom. Remember, it is a pesticide and you don't want the residue that it leaves on anything you will use to prepare meals with. I usually wait about 4 hours to re-enter the premisis just to be on the safe side.

Two summers ago, we had a problem with fleas in my house. It was terrible. We don't even have cats or anything. I had to fog my room continuously and spray Raid along the walls. I would suggest taking EVERYTHING out of the area, as I'm sure it will leave some sort of residue, keep in mind, this thing is designed to kill bugs.

We've used them to get rid of fleas and other bugs that our inside dogs would track in. They don't leave a smell or anything. You just have to be careful to cover up any electronics and things like that and make sure you do not enter the room for the time the bomb specifies.
