All you have to do is load on a ton of vaseline and throw on some old socks. Sleep with it on and it'll DRASTICALLY improve your feet. I've done this for years because my feet get pretty horrible.

Soak feet in warm water with a tspn or two of Epson Salt and then pummice (right spelling?) for a while and then apply petroleum jelly, light but thoroughly massaging in the cracks. Wear cotton socks so feet can "breath". Repeat every other day and see change in a few days. Then taper off treatment, so feet can keep its own moisture. Good luck.

Emu oil sold in the foot section of the pharmacy. The brand name I use is Bloo goo (but it is yellow???)and special socks that have a layer of gel in the middle, they are make of nylon and hold in moisture over night. You wear them about three times a week and they last for 3 months.
My store only sold the heel socks but on the back of the package they have a phone number for the catalog. Sorry I don't have it but I'm sure you can find it. :)

dr. scholl's cracked skin repair cream, sold at all drug stores, but you also have to take the dead skin off....so...soak your feet in a solution ...like epson salt and warm water or u can buy something like "johnsons foot soak"...and get u a pumice stone ..after you have soaked your feet for about 20 min...rub with the pumice stone to remove dead skin...then use the repair cream....you will notice an immediate difference...however takes more than just one time...tis a process that needs to be repeated several times a week.

the paraffin spa that uses soft wax works wonders! you dip your feet in this warm/hot but soft wax and wrap them in plastic, then leave your feet in the plastic for like half an hour. after you take them out, peel off the soft wax, put lotion on your feet, and sleep with socks because they lock in the moisture. your feet will be as soft as a baby's bottom!

Go see your GP or better yet a Podiatrist and let them prescribe something medicated for you expecially since it is severe and if it happens often.
Don't take any chances because you only have 1 pair.

Just go to the drug store and ask the pharmacist. They have special products on the market now that are over the counter.
