do you find yourself attracted more closely to people 10 years older or 10 years younger?

(you are not allowed to answer "younger" if you are under 28) - please differentiate this question for physical, mental, physical and mental.

How old are you? and why do you think you feel this way?

Im 18 so defenently someone 10 years older, I dont want to date a second grader lol Actually I am "kinda seeing" a 28 year old, kinda weird, huh?

I am nearing my 50s and I used to want someone my own age. Now, I prefer men at least 5 years younger. They have more energy and have more open minds then the men of my era. When people say age is just a number - they lie.

Mentally I can still relate to someone 5 years younger. If I were to deal with someone 10 years younger, I'd mention music or movies and there'd be a vapid look on their face. Five years is young enough to physically satisfy me and mentally relate to things I can relate to. Men my own age are set in their ways and that irritates me.

I'm 39, and I've dated more younger men than older men. I find older men attractive, but I just don't feel that we have much in common.

However, by "younger" I only mean by a few years. My husband is 5 years younger than I am, and that's about as young as I would ever want to go. As with older men, I do find some younger men attractive, but don't find as much common ground there either.

Physically attractive, yes. Mentally attractive, no.

I am 24, and I am much more attracted to 30-something men than guys my own age. I think there is such a vast difference in the way older men treat women, on average (there are always exceptions.). They seem to be mentally and financially more stable and physically more secure with their looks. Also at early-to-mid 30's they are beginning to take on a more distinguished look which I find very sexy. And by 30 you can be fairly certain they don't live with mom and dad...if they do, I'd run away FAST!

10 years older. In my late 30s but I like older women :) I think I feel this way because I've been out with younger women and they like to play games too often. Older women have been there and done that are are through with the games. They know what they want.

Younger! I'm 29 - and I'm starting to notice wrinkles on people and things like that - and maybe I'm vain - but I don't want to be old, and I don't want to be with old people. All my friends are starting to gray and lose their hair. I'm afraid of getting old.

Even physical relationships with older women aren't always better - they are used to having the man do everything and don't know how to please the MAN! Although single older women are easier to chase down.

But 18 is too young. They look like children now...maybe 22 would be good.

I am 33 and I love to date women 10 younger. It keep me feeling young and it makes me feel good to know that younger women find me attractive. I have dated women my age but I am never happy so I decided to stick with the younger ones. Also younger women seem to have the same likes and dislikes as me.

I'm 28...and i go for older guys.....my ex was 15 years older than me, and my boyfriend is 8 years older..i find them more mature, wise, and are experienced with women, so they know how to treat me right.
