They can have sex everyday. It is their job. As for stamina, it has alot to do with editing. You actually see the same scene over but at different angles to prolong the length. But also, the more they "perform" the longer they can last especially when they are doing it as a job not for feelings or love. Your emotions can have large factor in the stamina. You can also masturbate prior to the scene b/c the second climax always last longer to reach than the first. same way many things in movies are "lengthened" (cleverly chosen word huh). They just take diffrent takes, he goes, director yells "Cut!" A quick break, and then, "From the top!" and they take all the takes and blend it as though it's just a camera change rather then another take. Clever huh.
